About
Growing up in San Antonio, Texas, I was immersed in an environment where family values were at the core of my upbringing. This background has greatly influenced my approach to my work as an attorney. I understand firsthand how issues like child custody disputes or divorces can profoundly alter family dynamics. Recognizing the importance of maintaining a sense of normalcy during these challenging times, I strive to introduce individuals to a new normal that aligns with their unique situations.
My career has been marked by a dedication to service and a keen eye for detail. These personal skills have proven invaluable in my role as an Associate Attorney. I firmly believe that every case deserves meticulous attention, and I am committed to providing comprehensive and empathetic support to my clients.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity University, setting the foundation for my legal journey. I then pursued my Juris Doctor at St. Mary’s University School of Law. During my time in law school, I actively contributed to legal scholarship as a Staff Writer and later as the Executive Editor on the Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race & Social Justice. Beyond academia, I took on leadership roles as the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and participated in organizations such as the Family Law Association and the Women’s Law Association. Serving as a mentor for St. Mary’s 1L Edification Program and as a Student Attorney in the Family Law Clinic at the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice allowed me to apply my legal knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Outside of the legal realm, I find joy in baking from scratch, cherishing moments with friends, family, and my feline companion, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through activities like pilates and barre.
As an Associate Attorney, I am dedicated to providing not just legal representation, but a compassionate and understanding approach to those facing family law challenges. My commitment to service, attention to detail, and empathetic nature define my professional ethos.
